Cancellation Policy

Zen Zone is a private membership association, and all services are available exclusively to members. There is an annual membership fee of $10. 1. Booking & Payment All services are secured with full payment at booking. 2. Cancellation & Transfers A 24 hour cancellation is required to avoid being charged the full service amount. Cancellations after 24 hours or no-shows: 100% of the fee is charged, with no refund or credit. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. We are unable to extend your time in the event you are late. 4. Health & Disclaimers Our services support wellness and personal growth, and are not medical services. Please consult your doctor if you're pregnant or under medical care, and notify staff before attending. 5. Code of Conduct Zen Zone is a safe, respectful, and sacred space. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the property - no refund will be issued. 6. Pet Conduct Dogs must have a leash on at all times. Please ensure their "business" is taken care of before their appointment. The owner must have their pet with them at all times. The owner accepts responsibility for any damage their pets may cause.
